No problem, you can exchange for a different size or even a different model!* Or, if you changed your mind, you can return the product you ordered and receive a refund. Return shipping is covered by us only in case of a quality issue or in certain cases agreed on individually.
Standard Shipping by registered mail:
- Customers in Europe can return/exchange their Kajamaz within 4 weeks after purchase
- Customers outside of Europe can return/exchange their Kajamaz within 6 weeks after purchase
Expedited Shipping with a courier service:
- Customers in Europe can return/exchange their Kajamaz within 2.5 weeks after purchase
- Customers outside of Europe can return/exchange their Kajamaz within 4 weeks after purchase
